Anyone w/ me? 30 Day Challenge! Starting Feb 14, Ending March 15. Bike/Jog/Walk/Elliptical 125 miles.
I'm new to Fitness pal but not new to exercising. Just quite a ways away from where my fitness level used to be a few years ago. Here's a challenge to get started in making cardio fitness progress! Would love to have some company! Let's start making fitness a habit!

I'm on the same page with a fitness event coming up! 150-mile bike ride in June that's broken up throughout a couple days. I'm new to this so is there a way we can log and let each other know how we're doing? Beside having to go to each profile?0

you could bookmark this thread and then come back weekly and post your progress. There is a star to the right of the title of the thread. Click on it, and the star will highlight, indicating that you have bookmarked the page. There is a bookmarks tab in the upper right corner of the page where you can keep track of pages you have bookmarked.0

Ok so if I did the math correctly that's just over 4.1 miles per day.... I did 4.5 on the elliptical and I must admit that knowing I accepted the challenge kept me on there longer. I guess that's the idea!0
