You look great! I just hit my heaviest weight ever. I saw the Dr yesterday and it's not good. So I am have set out to lose weight. Seeing what you have been able to do gives me inspiration. Thank you0

Well done you are doing great. I also have a full time desk job and 2 kids. They are in bed around 9pm and that's when I do my workout. I am doing jillian michaels 30 day shred at home. It's half an hour and so far so good. I also try to do 30min walking during my lunch break.0

You look awesome, I started waking up and doing a video on the demand in the morning if only for 15-20 minutes and walking on my fifteen minute breaks at work. After work it's so hard to find the energy to pick up my kids cook and then work out.0

Great job! The smile says it all!0

Thanks everyone. I am going to try get started back up again. The Jillian Michael DVDs may be a good place start. have 30 Day Shred already but never used it so I'll start there!0

you look great! Congrats. I can't wait to get to where you are.
As for the exercise, I think once you make it part of your mindset that you just need to, it just becomes a habit...try to set a goal for yourself, you've clearly done such a great job already, just keep up the activity!0 -
Congratulations! You have done such great work so far! I recently discovered that the on Demand cable service has workouts too...you could start with just a 10-15 minute one before work and then decide if you want to add more!0

There's a huge difference between the two photos. I love the red/pink dress!0

Way to go-you look so good!!! I agree with you that it hard to find time to work out-that is my challenge too. But thanks for sharing because you showed me how important it is to stick with it!!!0

You look awesome! I too have a desk job and really struggled with winter exercise. Fortunately we have a used tread mil which has taken a position of authority in the back of my living room positioned so I can view the TV straight on. My family also purchased wireless noise cancelling head phones so I didn't have to turn the TV up to a deafening level to hear it over the drone of the tread mil. They are hot on my ears, but I'm OK with that. Recently I have been walking over lunch at work and have joined my local YMCA where I lap swim (love this). When the weather is acceptable I walk the highschool track not too far from my house. I prefer outdoor activity over gym equipment any day!0

I recommend a workout at home too. I lost my first 60 pounds doing home workouts; still not easy to do, but if you're in sweats anyway...also, you will find it a lot easier to move with those 60 gone! You are lovely and time is on your side! Best of luck!0

Oh my goodness you look fantastic! Congratulations! (*)0

I feel for you! I try to get in a work out in the morning before work, so I "get it done" for the day. I also incorporate walks into my work day on my breaks (so I get two 15 minute walks in during the day). I also do at least 20-25 squats when I take a bathroom break and if you drink A LOT of water, you'll be able to get in A LOT of squats! Find ways to "sneak" in exercise during your day and you'll feel GREAT!0

look at the difference in your face alone, WOW! celebrate how much you've done and be inspired by it in the next leg of your journey. making your next goal be 30day shred sounds like a great idea. go you!0
