I'm sure this topic has been posted frequently but I'm wanting to workout in my office on my lunch hour. It's a fairly large space. I know I can do the typical:

Crunches
Push Ups
Lunges
Squats

Any suggestions on cardio exercises to get my heartrate up? Jumping jacks might work..

Thanks All!

I couldn't really do much in my office...you can hear people sneeze in the next office, so I wouldn't do this here, but jumping rope burns a ton of calories.

Jump rope. If you have steps, run up & down them.

Are there any stairs? If yes, up and down ..up and down...:ohwell:
Any thing you can use to do some step excerises?
    Skipping rope?
I might try going for run during lunch time. We have some showers althought they are a bit  ..

Do you got stairs??? My work has 72. I can do 6 times (up and down is one) untill my legs burn soooo bad. I would like to make it to ten by the end of the month! (Except when it's nice outside now that its summer I plan to walk/jog outside)

If you have an iPod or iPhone check out the free Nike Training Club app.

There is an elliptical in a room at my workplace, but I live in constant fear that somebody will walk in on me! Plus I never know when a customer might come in or call, awkward to say the least.

You're all the best, thank you! No stairs and this part of town is kind of scary, no outdoor running/walking for me. I'm thinking jump rope and jumping jacks will be good. I'm open and welcome to any other ideas!

get yourself a resistance band you can do all kinds of excercise with them. they are quiet, compact easy to use and offer various levels of resistance! Good luck!
