Milo cravings!! Please help

I am having really intense cravings for things such as milo, one of my major weaknesses and other super sweet stuff! I am finding myself obsessively thinking about them... thinking about eating them, or not eating them. How do I work through these cravings without weakening? Please somebody hep

    II know when I was giving up the smoking and had bad cravings, the advice was to break the pattern. Go for a walk, have a glass of water. Do something you really enjoy doing that isnt eating. Treat yourself to something nice. You can do it!!
  • I know you're right, break the pattern. It's funny trying to think of things I like doing that aren't eating as I've been rewarding myself with sweet treats for so long. Yes you're right I can do it though! Just had three glasses of water, I think that will hold me for a while lol Thanks for the support :)
