I have the last three albums from As I Lay Dying as my crazy cardio workout music. These guys rock like no one and it definitely keeps me going

I like that too. Normally I listen to that when I go out with my cousins to the club.

Metal of almost any kind. Stuff like Lamb of God As the Palaces Burn and Machine Head The Black Album.
Also, alot of Power Metal is good, like Dream Evil. Just about all of their songs are upbeat and if you prefer clean vocals defintely a good way to go.

Depends what day it is. I know it's silly but this is my breakdown :) -

Chest/Tris Day, Back/Bis Day, Shoulder Day: metal, rock, hardcore

Cardio Day (rest days): house, top 40 pop

Leg Day: extremely misogynistic hip hop (I don't know why lol) and specifically "Droppin Plates" by Disturbed

I like AILD because just there are no slow parts in their songs. I love to listen to Machine Head on road trips

I love AILD, but I'm also a softie, so I go for Trivium, Killswitch, Atreyu, Shadows Fall, and (old) ATR.

Pretty much anything by Disturbed is awesome to workout to. I heard Rage Against the Machine "Killing in the Name of" the other day, and I have to say I killed the last 2 1/2 minutes of my workout.

Well, Enrique Iglesias is not a reggaeton artist--he is more pop. He does occasionally collaborate with artists who are more in that genre.

I love this song--though it is Gente de Zona and Descember Bueno who make it great...I would call this kind of a flamenco/salsa/Cubaton fusion.
