Eating out tonight with a friend at Cheddar's. Their website does not have nutritional info on it - suggestions are appreciated

    I would also like this information. My bf and I eat here often and I never know how to calculate my food.

    AFTER I posted this (I'm blonde and don't always think fast) I did a search on the community for Cheddars. a little info out there, but not a lot. May have to do the grilled chicken and veggies

    i usually have the keywest chicken and shrimp... i think my diary is viewable? you can check it out.. i went there on 4-15-2011 :) its pretty good and very filling!!
