Need some toning

it's so difficult to for me to strength train and time since I've lost some weight through the years the extra thT I can't loose is a struggle ...anyone one ever had this problems

    Do strength training. Start out with light weights and work your way up increasing the weights. Of course also seek someone to help you with proper form. It's hard at first but then becomes SO rewarding over time. Mind over matter.

    I have trouble strength training too because of various issues, including not be able to actually hold the weights. My plan right now is swimming, an elliptical with resistance, and yoga. Do you think any of those activities could help you start to gain strength?
