I've tried so many eating habits..none work for middle age, with health issues...menopause, luckily my friend introduced me to fit pal and it's great...can see mistakes from past...and it's working.

Menopause is tough one, we have to be diligent with keeping track of food and finding energy to work out. I found out our city has open swing dancing classes, Dancing for 2 hours was fun and didn't feel like a work out. Seems to get a good crowd of all ages. And everyone dances, because everyone there loves to dance. I must of danced about 8 dances with different people. Some just starting out and some who been dancing for years...can't wait to go again!0
