I have a questions about weighing food. I seen another one about this but i was still a bit unclear. If im cooking it i am supposed to weigh it after; however when i search the food is their nutritional information based on before or after being cooked? What do you guys do?

It completeley depends on the food. Think of it in terms of whether or not you are adding or subtracting water - Example:
Meat - you are subtracting fat and water, so you weigh after
Pasta - you are adding water, so you weigh before.
When in doubt, Google! :bigsmile:0 -
And for logging foods, it should say if it's raw meat or cooked.0
