time to change

I exercise 5 to 6 times a week its time to start my eating plan, I thought just exercise would drop the weight off without adjusting my very bad diet but no, that's no how it works. Wish me luck with my caffeine sugar and wine withdrawals :)

    Good luck. I'm in the same boat. Hard to give up beer too.
  • This is my third trip to MFP and it's been helpful in the past. When I stop using it I gain weight. Long way to go this time....260 to 225 and if I reach that going to try and keep going with a new goal. Good luck!

  • This is my second trip back to MFP... I have a very long way to go... Time and focus is such a factor but I'm really wanting to successful... Yesterday I shopped for meal planning boneless chicken cutlets and endless greens.... Pray for my success!
