Hello I am trying to loose a few pounds but it's going so slow. Eat healthy diet and exercise in the gym 3 days a week, why's is it taking a long time to get the fat off.

    Hello and welcome. If you are not losing and you think you should (mostly since you exercise) it's because you are probably eating too much. Now that you are here, learn how to track your food, count calories for every single thing that you eat and drink and you should see results pretty fast.

    I do count calories every day and always read labels and I am not eating much at all. I had around 500 one day and under that most days.
