Ready to drop that last 10-15lbs!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for members who would like to swap recipes and success stories. I'm ready to get rid of that last 10-15 pounds, and unbelievably motivated! I'm eating 1000-1200 calories a day and I'd love to hear what kind of foods you have been eating to lose your weight as well. Let's keep eachother motivated!

    Hi, I am up to losing my final 10-15 pounds.
    I have lost 47 already.
    I don't have a lot of time to cook, so fast and easy is key.
    Egg whites, sweet potatoes, EAS lean protein powder , and grilled chicken made in different ways are pretty much what I eat. I know it's pretty boring but it helps me be consistent .
    I try to keep my carb count down to under 100 grams a day.
    I am also about to start insanity asylum

    Sounds like we eat the majority of the same foods. Lots of salads and low-calorie sauces for my chicken and salmon too. The Insanity Program looks... insane! I'm sure it'll have some awesome results!
