Im not eating over my calories at all and im not loosing anything just staying the same. What can i eat thats better for u?

Try cutting out bread and pasta for a while? Do you do any exercise?

Let's look at specifics! First of all, your diary is private so I can't really tell what you're doing wrong. But, if you're not losing weight--you're not eating at a caloric deficit. Are you weighing all of your food on a food scale? It is very easy to underestimate portions! For example, if you're putting in "chicken breast" without measuring--you really could be eating 6 oz and only tracking 4 oz. Also, what is your weight/height/calorie goal? Without this info it is hard to help you!0

How long have you been at the deficit and not lost for?
Your diet from a nutritional aspect is poor. Look at eating fruit, vegetables, complex carbs and lean protein. It is up to you what you eat in weight loss terms its about the calories, but nutrution is importnat for other health reasons and to help you feel full.0 -

Sorry I didn't know about the situation you let me in on, but thanks for clearing things up I was just concerned because you look so thin in the pic. That being said you are young and I am sure you can do this it is not too big of a goal. If you can accept my appology I would love to be friends.
