I've never been shredded but have a goal of getting there by my 44th birthday.
I hired a nutrition coach and have lost almost 10lbs so far.

Great job. My 40th is approaching next year and I've started to get in the right frame of mind. Lost 15 pounds so far since Jan 6th. Hope I can keep the wheels on the train and do as well as you.0
