Doesn't strength training count for anything when calculating the amount of exercise done each day? It seems that only cardio counts - doesn't make sense to me.

You can search strength training under "cardio". There is very little calorie burn and it is almost impossible to get an accurate amount.0

Yeah to many variables it seems so mfp is like narp to hard basket0

Weight lifting/strength training calories are difficult to ascertain, whereas cardio calories are pretty straight forward. I count only 1 calorie for weight lifting, and then use a heart rate monitor for my cardio. If you use MFP to count your cardio calories, only eat half back because those estimates are way overstated.0
