January I faced the scale after a year of pretending my clothes were shrinking! February goals are to face it every morning and lose 20 pounds before my 50th birthday this May. This is the plan:
* log every bite
* Try yoga!
* Continue to eat vegan\ vegetarian
* Add more vitamin D

I can relate...I've been ongoing gaining weight for the longest time...I got pregnant with my second a couple yrs back after my oldest was already 13yrs old...I blamed the extra weight afterwards on the pregnancy...yet here I am n my son is 2 yrs old n I'm still gaining more n more weight...a I hate it, hate myself, n everything about how I look...yet it's so hard to eat healthy n stick to a routine to lose weight!!! Uggghhh I feel so down, depressed, n alone...don't know how to get on track!!! Sorry for venting.0
