Back problems/Injuries- Looking for advice/support

Thank you all for the amazing support and tips/advice! On Wednesday, I have an appointment with a Physio. Lets see what's going on with my back and get a plan together! Action time- sod off spine!0

Just as an update, I went to the Physio on February 18th.
Turns out, my back is just fine (still a weak little pest) but relatively okay. The problem is in my hip which basically just sends pains to my head making me think my backs the problem. My whole hip is quite tight and the Physio reckons that all these years, I've had something called 'Dancers Hip'.
I've been given the go-ahead to carry on my exercise plan, get some weights in there and strengthen my core!
