I haven't had a good steak in quite a while (dang it, the stuff's so expensive!) but my neighborhood store had it at a great price today. Grilled NY strip is on the menu tonight! I already worked it into my calories for the day. A 6 oz. steak and a salad with light dressing.....I'm drooling just thinking about it.
