Down nearly 50 pounds and 40 inches...and not done!

Options
I'm 5'7" and nearly a year ago I was 215 pounds. I decided to finally stop making excuses and working for it. Down to to under 168 and lost almost 40 inches. Goal weight is 150.

Just put your mind to it and KEEP GOING! Find what motivates you and keep reminding yourself of it. NEVER GIVE UP! It's all worth it! :-) Feel free to join me on this journey!

Woo Hoo! You look so fabulous already, but you go girl! Do you mind sharing what you've done to get your results? What kind of workouts/calorie goals, etc. I love hearing how other people have achieved success.
