If I get to 245 lbs I'm going to go zip lining! What do you reward your victories with?

I think that's a great reward. Just bought myself some rollerblades from the thrift store as a somewhat risky reward for staying on track with my workouts. When I hit 110 again I'm going shopping like crazy for Spring/Summer clothes.0

I reward myself with tattoos. I'm covering scars with them.0

Thats a great question! I haven't really thought about it much. Food is out I know. Hmmm there are a few concerts coming up. Maybe tickets will be my reward.0

exercise gear, movies in the theater, dinner out (but still in my goal range) a massage, microderm abrasion (or whatever I need to get this dark spot off my face), in my dreams... Lasik surgery &/or a tropical vacation0

Not if but when! You can do it!!!0

I take selfies of myself and smile at how nice I look. (Then delete them because, you know. . .it seems rather self indulgent )0

Tattoos here too. Chest piece at goal. Leg at one year of maintenance.0 -
This might sound strange, but when I reach my goal I am going to buy a locket and put a piece of my old sweatshirt in it to remind myself, forever, of how hard I worked to get to my goal weight and to never forget how important it is to take care of my body.0

Haha. I do this, too. I save the really good ones and delete the rest and pretend they never happened.0 -

Finishing up my sleeve, and then ultimate reward is a back piece.0 -

When I get to a particular size, I'm getting a new outfit. Hoping it happens for my birthday.
The real reward for my hard work will hopefully be the reversal of some medical issues.0 -
Going to become Scuba certified and go diving in the Keys!!!0

sexy new bathing suit and dress for Vegas ... I'm *anticipating* this reward ... trip is already booked, so I've got some losing to do!!0

When I had lost a lot of weight I had rewarded myself with a Michael Kors purse & a few pair of designer jeans (J. Brand, Joes, & AG on eBay & 6pm).0

These are so cool! I mean obviously getting healthy is a reward in itself, but it's nice to do extra things for your new rockin bod! Keep up the great work everybody!0

10 kilo mark I bought a whole lot of pedicure products as I thought my feet could use some pampering.
20 kilo mark will be a tattoo - been meaning to get one to celebrate giving up smoking, so this is when I'll get it.
At goal (which is a freaking long way off), I will get another tatt.
Still figuring out what rewards I'll have in between time.0 -
Current weight is around 126 lbs (maybe a little over). But I've set myself some weight loss targets where I'll treat myself to some nice things.
When I hit 120 lbs I'll buy myself hair extensions
When I hit 116 lbs I'll buy myself 4 new bodycon dresses
When I hit 112 lbs I'll buy myself lots of pretty bikinis
Next time I'm weighing myself will be next month, ahhh hopefully I'll be by 120 lbs so I can have those hair extensions haha.0 -
I reward myself with new fitness gears the more weight I lose the better I look in them and I feel fantastic......it will be one year nxt month ive lost 10kgs in total frm 98kgs to 88kgs0

It's cool to see what other people do to stay motivated. Such a variety of rewards.
I'm intrinsically motivated myself, so I don't need any kind of special rewards to motivate me. I've always been that way since I was a kid. The sense of satisfaction I get from success is more than enough.0
