Hi All! I wish I could say I'm new to this whole weight loss "thing" but I've recently come to the conclusion that I can be lumped into the category of yo-yo dieting. And all that has left me 49 lbs. heavier than I need to be. So, once and for all I'd like to get on track with a healthy lifestyle and lose the weight. I guess where I need your help is with exercise more than anything....I HATE it. I love to eat healthy (although obviously too much) but HATE to exercise. I want things I can do at home when I have 10-15 minutes and not be forced to go to a gym 5 days/week. Enough rambling for now. Happy to be in touch with all of you.
