macro/diet help

Hey all, I'm currently around 2500 calories a day and my macros are at 40% protein 25% carbs and 35% fat (mostly peanuts). My journal is open and I would like some help just to make sure everything is in order! I do weight lifting 5 days a week and cardio about 3-4 days mostly HIIT training. If anything needs to be tweaked feel free to let me know, open to criticism. Thanks!

Looks good and since you only have 19 pounds to go, you're obviously doing something right! Nice job.0

Looks like you're on a great track. When I'm cutting, I like to keep my fat lower so I can keep my carbs up as much as I can so I have more immediate energy. I like the 40/40/20 (p/c/f) macro breakdown. If you're losing weight, I shoot to lose ~1-2 lbs/week. If you're outside that range, I'd make an adjustment.0

I used to be on a 40/40/20 and my weight loss stalled, I really dnt care what the scale says my weight is at the moment, just trying to burn more fat while lifting, at 2500 calories I'm around 4-500 deficit a day. I ready somewhere to burn fat quick to cut the carbs down, just wanted to make sure I was doing it right. The usual problem areas, love handles and back fat just won't let go.0
