Hi guys,

My name is Bella and I'm excited to join this group!

My goals are as follows:

1. Stick to my calorie limit each day
2. Exercise for at least 30 min each day
3. Stay motivated and positive as much as possible
4. Lose 38 lbs over the course of this year

    hi Bella, good luck to you! my goals are to stay motivated, try to track daily, stick to my goal calories, and get in at least 30 min of exercise 5-6 times per week. I've got 80 lbs to lose and need to finally make a change. Let's do this together! :D
