Second time around

finally after a major health scare and learning to live with a chronic pain condition, I am finally on track at least fitness wise. I really struggle with either skipping meals or making poor choices in food. I am hoping to make some friends here. My everyday friends are either overweight and don't want to change or body builders who are so perfect I feel like they aren't real. I enjoy weight lifting and the pool or outdoor activities for cardio. I have a goal of 45 pound weight loss and I hope others who struggle with bad diets can help each other out.
