Set yourself plans of activities that you enjoy to get mobile.0

Fill your daily diary and set a goal and if you don't see results you will be motivated to keep yourself under calorie limit. Works for me.

You could join a baby boot camp or Stroller Stides. It would get you the exercise you probably want and also provide a support/motivational group with others that have similar goals.0

Find yourself an actvity that you can do while at home or while your baby is in a stroller. When i was on maternity leave, 10 years ago, I used a work out video. If I was out I'd walk for miles with my son while he was asleep in his pram. Walking or brisk walking is a great exercise and fantastic for toning your legs and butt. In London there are a ton of stoller groups or maybe you could start one of your own.
