aaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!! Help me!!!

I've got the munchies bad!!! Currently have a dog sat on my lap so I can't get to the fridge!! I'm not even hungry, just got snack attack!!!

I've only 10 cals left wish isn't helping matters!!

    So ya go do a mile walk at a good pace and then come home and see if you still have the snack attack. Take the dog with you, he'll love the walk too! If you still have the snack attack, you can get a snack up to however many calories you burned on the walk! Great motivator to get walkin'!

    Pre-heat oven to 250

    Get the fresh Kale from your local grocery, pull the leaves from the center stem in large pieces (they shrink a lot when cooking)

    Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray

    Place the Kale on the baking sheet, it is important they it only be in a single layer otherwise they will come out soggy

    Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic, whatever

    Shake pan around to coat Kale better with the olive oil

    Bake for 30 minutes

    Enjoy!

    I vote for the "get a little exercise".

    That way you get moving plus if you still feel like a munchie afterward you kinda earned it!

    Thanks guys!! I voted for sitting on butt watching Eurovision song contest semi finals as it's dark outside!!

    I also had big drink of water & got distracted by facebook!!
