One year difference (picture)

Well, nothing new here. This is just a reminder for myself and others that change is possible. This is me and my lovely wife exactly one year ago (02/14/2014), and the other picture was taken yesterday (02/15/2015). Almost 90 pounds lost (70 while using MFP), but most importantly, my life is much, much better now! I think the pictures can tell the difference.

Well, my routines are mostly cardio (walk, run, bicycle), and body weight exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, squats, etc.) I haven't started formal weight training yet, and haven't been to a gym in years!0 -
