    Bravo! I myself regained my life last year by losing weight and getting healthy....love to see others stories. Good to remind yourself how far you have come and where you never want to go back to. Way to go!

    You have a really nice face that was hiding. I'm like you when I lose weight in that my face looks completely different. I envy those people whose faces remain thin when they gain weight!!!!

    @verocuco, when I started this journey, I had a BMI of 40 (morbidly obese). Right now, I am at 26 (1 point away from "healthy" weight), but you know, BMI is not the only thing that matters. Losing weight is just a side effect of a healthy living.

    So, keep up working on yourself! MFP will help a lot, but it's just part of the journey.
