Newbie In The UK

Hi,
My name is Deborah. I'm on my second week and would love to hear from you all. Finding it hard as I am unable to exercise at the moment but hope to be back at the gym soon! Have quite a bit of weight to loose and have tried almost everything. Three Years ago I was 8 lbs away from my goal weight so I know I can do it. Just need to stay motivated and take each day as it comes. Feel free to add me as a friend I could do with all the support and encouragment that is available.
