So what was your workout for today? Mines was shoulders and arms 1h30m shoulders and 20m of biseps and trisep

Today is my rest day but yesterday I did lunges with weight, incline press, back extensions, face pulls, triceps, load and carry's, mountain climbers and the ab wheel.0

I walked for 2 miles as a warm up then did the Body Beast Bulk Back workout.0

Did drop sets on all strength exercises for my Bicep/Tricep workout today.0

Pull day. Deadlifts, pull ups, pull downs, rows, probably some standing cable crunches, and finally a few sets of paused squats.0

Bench press 3x4 127.5kg
Close grip bench press 3x10 100kg
Yates rows 3x6 125kg
Ohp 1x6 72.5kg
Chin ups 1x 10 24kg
Face pulls 3x15
Machine curls 5 x 120 -
15 minute HIIT warmup then straight into the following (rest is in parenthesis):
1) Wide grip lat pulldown 12 reps, superset single armed side laterals with cable 12 reps each arm (5 superset, .45)
2) Barbell bentover rows 8 reps, superset right into stiff legged deadlift 8 reps (5 supersets, .45)
3) Narrow grip seated cable row 12 reps, superset rope front raise 12 reps (5 supersets, .45)
4) Single armed dumbbell row 15 reps each arm, superset arnold presses 10 reps (5 supersets, .45)
5) Bentover rear delt cable flies 15 reps, superset straight arm pulldown with rope 12 reps (5 supersets)
Then I'll finish with some ab workout of some kind.0 -
