Hi! I em very new here. Don't know if I'm doing this right or wrong lol but can someone pleaseeeee help me! I need tips on how I can loose weight. I always try to eat "healthy" but I feel like I'm always hungry. What should I be eating? Especially something that can help me feel full. Thank you so much!

Honestly...I find those Cliff bars to be really filling. The cons are they're pricey and I'm not a fan of their consistency or their taste. But they're filling...
Another thing I eat for a low calorie lunch is a can of drained tuna mixed with a little bit of mayo, onion, and garlic. Then I slice up a cucumber and use the slices instead of crackers to scoop and eat. SUPER FILLING and under 300 calories.0 -
You're awsome! I will have to try that. Thank you so very much for replying! I got really excited lol0

Protein. Helps you feel full longer.
Large spinach salads.
Egg white omelets.

I think sometimes that trying to "fill up" your belly only makes it worse.
For me it has been important to eat small meals and snacks every 2-3 hours or so. Also, I try to limit my carb & sugar intake (of processed carbs etc). They are like a drug and will only make me feel hungrier after the crash.
I will eat small snacks of fruits, vegetables, good fats, and proteins.
In a pinch, when I just can't shake that feeling, I might cook up some air-popped popcorn (zero toppings). It fills the gut.0 -
Definitely Proteins. Carbs, don't do anything for me. I found that tuna, peanut butter, chicken breasts with vegatables does the job. But you are going to have to find out what works for you.0

This may be a duh moment, but before you eat anything drink a full glass of water. It will keep you hydrated, and helps with feeling full. At least in my experienc0

Go to each forum and read the stickies at the top of each. They're full of info that will help. Don't fall for fad diets, or gimmicks.
It really is as simple as meeting your daily protein, fats, carbs, fiber and staying whithin your daily calories.
