Support group.!

So back in June(about the end of the month) i was doing a low carb diet where i would eat carbs for breakfast and lunch but nun for dinner, I am a pescatarian , so all i eat is fish and tufo. My "Cheat day" was planned for independence day which threw me off my lifestlye track , I want to get back to this life stlye but i need a support group , someone who will help me stay motivated just as much as i will help them,!! I am currently 208 lb from the last time i went for a check up , and i want to weight 170 by June for graduation , Any takers? I really just want a better life style for myself , i want to be a healthier person when i walk across the stage for graduation.!

  • Hey I would like to lose 60 lbs! I think losing weight before your graduation is a great goal!
