I used to be 350lbs and using a wheelchair/cane anytime I led home and sometimes in home. After loosing over 120lbs I am in the best health of my life and no longer need any treatment for hypertension, diabetes(was on 5 shots a day of insulin), or sleep apnea. But anyway I went from a wheelchair to just a few minutes ago nailed a 99% score on a high intensity song on the Xbox One game "Zumba World Party!" I had no experience dancing before playing kinect games and still won't dance in public but still I am stoked! So don't give up, instead push harder! If you slip up one day(I have had many) push to not do it the next day because 1 day becomes 2, 2 days become a week, a week becomes a month & so on. You can do this so challenge yourself to be healthier for your family, friends, fellow MFP who want to hear your success, and yourself. I didn't think I would be walking normal at all 3 years ago not even considering running or dancing! FIGHT!
