when I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, it was the biggest roller coaster ride! I started out over 250 pounds! I went through a divorce and a surgery in that 2 years, so my journey has been a lot of starting and stopping! I love exercising, but I've never been one to like counting calories or watching ehat I eat! BUT I started a training cycle so I can lose the last 40 I have left and can be tone and lean! I'm proud of where I've come from and where I'm headed! I am off and on mfp but eac and everyone of Yall have inspired me in some way! Thanks so much for all your help! I would love more friends on my page to continue to motivate me through the last 40 pounds!!!!
