Endurance for what? Knowing what your goal is will help us give you advice.
For example, if you're interested in starting to run the Couch to 5K program (C25K) is excellent. It has you running and walking in intervals to build your running endurance to the point that you can run for 5K (3.1 miles) without stopping.0 -

Your question is vague, so would be any answer, you can increase the over-all length of your workouts, decrease rest intervals between reps and sets. Superset strength lifts with a stabilization exercise. Increase frequency to 4 days a week. Make long runs 30% of your weekly mileage and increase 10% each week. Short Answer - Increase Volume. Start slow with that you can do. Small, slow incremental increases in time/distance will get you there. Then just be patient.0
