    You'll get there. Don't let one bad day or two or three blow it for you. Every day you can start over. Persistence takes time. You'll get there!

    Be realistic with yourself. Set short term easily achievable goals at first. And Remember its a marathon, not a sprint.

    I also want to lose 50 pounds and it almost seems unrealistic. But I just try to keep myself in the "just lose weight" mindset". We can do it!!!
