How would I do this?

I'm trying to determine how I would calculate my calories for dinner this evening. See, I am a big fan of cheesy stroganoff. And what I do is buy the box of Tuna Cheesy Pasta and substitute the tuna with chicken. (I ABHOR the sight and smell of tuna.) So, I have this box in front of me telling me that one cup of tuna cheesy pasta prepared is 260 cals. Is there anyway to determine what my cals would be with the chicken as a substitute?

Does the box also have the nutritional information for unprepared? Plug that and your chicken into the recipe calculator and...viola!0

Use the recipe builder on the site it should break it all down for you...sounds good by the way0

Do the directions read like this?
Usage Directions / Dosage: You Will Need: 1-2/3 cups hot water; 2 cups milk; 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) margarine or butter; 2 (5-oz) cans tuna, drained (for milder tuna flavor, use 1 can of tuna).
If so, I would total the "as prepared" nutrients of all servings in the entire box, and subtract the nutrients for the tuna. Then I would add the nutrients of the chicken in and divide by the number of servings.0 -
I got it. Thanks for the help, ya'll!0
