P90X and Gym

Options
Hi all,

I've wanted to give P90X a go for some time now. The only thing is I live in a condo with a tiny gym, and I have no free weights of my own.

Could I do the weight portion of P90X in the gym, and the rest in my condo? Although I don't know how well that will go down with the people living below me.

Has anyone done a combo of both?

Thanks!

You can use the bands instead of the weights. There is a modifier, usually in the back who uses the band, you'll want to watch that person. P90X is meant to be done within that hour time frame to maximize your cardio and strength. You're going from one move to the next with few breaks in between.

You can also slowly build up your free weights, as they can get pricey, by buying a pairs of weights at a time. Alternatively you can check out your local thrift stores and garage sales.

As for your neighbors below, you can let them know that for an hour a day you'll be pounding it out. If they have kids, ask what their nap time is and try to work around that. - Good luck.
