Quick workouts to burn 50-100cal?

Hi! If anyone has any super quick workouts that burn around 100cal a time please let me know. I'm usually pretty busy so full workouts aren't always an option. I'd like to be able to do these multiple times throughout the day when I have a spare 15mins or so. Thanks in advance!

Go for a brisk walk, or find grab the 7 Minute Workout app, or something similar, for quick bursts of exercise.0

Do a 15 minutes HIIT with a lot of burpees.0

Burpees, 15 minutes of HIIT exercise, and jump roping. Great for calorie burn.0

Wall Squats and Planks. 3 sets each for 1 minute with a 30 second break in between.0
