OK I have one on my signature.... but I have seen so many people that have it with a cartoon/avatar of current weight and goal weight..... anyone know what i am talking about? Can anyone point me in the right direction of how I can get one of those?

You can find this under tools (found next to reports). In there you will see tickers (there you can create and edit them to include your current weight and goal weight).

I am actually looking for the one that shows a person, symbolic of what you look like and its shows the progression as you get down to your goal weight....
