Plateau caused loss of motivation..

I was so motivated and focused for a year and a half and lost 90lbs, completed five 5ks (my goal was only to run one), and even motivated my family to be healthier in their habits.
Then I ended up with a cancer scare (thank goodness it wasn't cancer), a gall bladder removal and the holidays and then before I knew it I've gained back 25lbs and no longer have the same focus and motivation.
