I need all the friends and motivation I can get please!!

I have been gone for a while. I am back and I have 20 more pounds to lose. I have it all planned out every week. Eating less calories and exercising. Then when the day to start gets here it all flies out the window. The eating less isn't as hard as exercising. I just can't get the motivation. So I need all the friends and motivation I can get!! Anyone willing to help? Hopefully I can help motivate some of you also....

    are you up for a weekly challenge of exercise? let's say we target 3x's a week for a week or two and then increase from there?

    feel free to add I just started back again too. I just added the fitnesspal app to the iphone and with the barcode scanner it is awsome
