I was hoping we could add tips here that work - your favorite weight loss strategy

I been recently searching for answers to why I can't lose weight, then I found several things that can wreak havoc on your metabolism.
1. Thyroid is under-active
2. Menopause or hormones
3. STRESS
4. Poor diet :/Duh!
5. Not enough exercise


I started losing weight and I struggle with all 5 that wreck havoc

What I found out, hormones will cause the most trouble. Stress actually produces a hormone called Cortisol. Cortisol will make you gain belly fat.

I started taking vitamin B for nerves- B complex


This is important- JOURNAL - write it down
more veggies and fruit!

    FYI lost 5 pounds this week, the big thing is eating right and journaling.
    The vitamins helped reduce stress, I feel like I finally found the missing link.

    Another Tip, and good news it is free.... drink water
    Drink herbal tea, drink first waking up and through out the day.
    Ever watch the biggest loser TV show? Well they are always drinking water.

    Benefits of water-flush toxins out

    Your skin will be amazing...... drink up and look younger

    Day 3 tip- What in the world are you eating? Look at it, taste it, note the texture, color, flavor, slow down.....NO more mindless eating.

    I have a new mantra- the first taste is the same as the last, so I really don't need more.

    I been losing more because I refuse to eat in front of the tv, when I do mindless eating occurs....so I been trying a new concept eating at the dining table.
