Low kj snack/meals needed!

I am a constant eater wether I have just eaten, full or not.
I am after meals that have lower kjs in them. I typically eat 10,000-11,000kjs a day app, this recommends 6500kj.

I don't eat a lot of fruit and veg. I like green apples, avocado, onion, potato and sweet potato, pumpkin. I love nearly all meats (no tuna), and nearly all carbs- bread, pasta, rice etc!

Help?!

    i make pizza using Ole brand large low fat low carb tortilla shells...spread about 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce.. top with onions, bananna peppers, a few pepperoni & fat free cheese.. Bake about 6 minutes.. curbs my appetite for pizza that i love.... strawberries with splenda is a great sweet snack... make my ranch dip using the dry mix with fatfree sourcream... good with barbecue pork rinds..
