Well the new yr has began and I've been looking for a weight loss program but the cost is Crazy expensive Thank God he answered my prayers and I'm doing the weight loss program through Cigna Insurance company for heading me down the path of the weight management program and my coach told me about My Fitness Pal so excited to get started on this..

    But you don't need to spend any money at all if you've found MFP

    Just invest in a decent digital scale for about $10 and go at it
