Help! I have only a litle weight to shift (2.5kg) but no matter what I do, it won't go! I am eating around 1300 calories a day and have been on a massive detox for 5 months - I have had no sugar or booze or processed food in that time at all! I have started running (4 weeks, 3 times a week) plus I dance once a week and this week I even added gym classes to the mix.

I eat breakfast, lunch, a snack and evening meal - all either veggies, fish or low GI grains...

I am going back to my home country in 4 weeks and need to shift this muffin top - HELP!

Any sensible tips appreciated!!

Cheers, Zoe

What about adding a few calories? I know that when I did that and changed up my fitness (from straight cardio to a mix of cardio and strength) and it busted my plateu. =) Good luck!

    Plateau.

Change your exercise routines up, change your diet, get more rest.

I agree. I was at 1200 and lost 2.2 in 60 days. Ticked me off. Could not maintain my weight that well if I tried. Switched to 1350 and lost 1.8 just last week. Especially if you are working out as much as you are. Your body might think it is starving. Believe me, adding calories was the LAST thing I wanted to do....but seems to be working.

Okay thanks guys. I'm going to eat more and mix up my training. Really appreciate the tips.
