Log it, eat sensibly the rest of the day, log it all, and move on.
Work out today.0 -
you've got 330 cals left which is plenty for a large salad for your tea.
or do a work out and earn some more cals.0 -
You've got a few options.
1. Eat normally, log it, return to your regularly scheduled calorie deficit tomorrow, having learned a lesson. (Hint: I recommend this one)
2. Be hungry the rest of the day. (Not recommended)
3. Eat normally the rest of the day and try to make up for the overage over the rest of the week. (Sometimes tricky, but doable)
4. Give up and everything in the house, since you're already over. (Also not recommended)0 -

the only thing that can solve this is heavy exercise0

Read the post above yours and use solution 1 or 3.
And, sure, if you want to, do some sensible exercise as well - but a heavy punishing exercise day, No.0 -
I end up exercising for my dinner most days. Tis the curse of the indulger.0

Work out now, take a nice walk later if you can, you will be fine.0

I literally posted this yesterday! I just ate sensibly the rest of the day and today I'm being extra vigilant. Even if you end up going over today, keep it minimal, and make sure to eat right tomorrow0

Log it. Eat your regular food for the rest of the day. Start again tomorrow.
(Extra exercise for some people is a way to punish themselves for going over and is weird)
Treat yourself right -- as if you deserve all good things.0 -
You're 18. You have so many more tomorrows over the rest of your life. Log it, eat normally, and start fresh tomorrow.
Don't get worked up over this.0
