    I would order Tamales and green chili from the Tamale Kitchen in Lakewood, CO, Seared Swordfish with Lemon Garlic Butter, Dill and Capers - with Garlic/Buttered/Parmesan Noodles, The Bacon wrapped, Blue cheese stuffed Dates from FireFly in Las Vegas and German Chocolate cake. Then an entire bottle of Macallen 25yr to wash it down!! :) - lol looks like I too would go the exploding death route. But YUM! I may have to make some of these soon! lol.
