Hi :D
i've had this app on and off my phone/iPad for the last 2 years hoping it would help me to loose weight. In the early days I didn't know what I was doing and I thought it was too tedious to scan and weigh everything. Only in the last 2 weeks i've used it more for providing me my daily intake of the food i've been eating and i'm loving it.
2 years ago I was 100kg today I'm 83 and to be honest I didn't use MFP. My journey of losing weight and being fitter started 14 months ago when we bought at juicer. I downloaded app after app followed people on Twitter, I also started to exercise more and quite quickly the weight started to drop off. In fact it was May last year when I reached what has been my average weight since. My goal is to be my ideal weight of about 80kg or slightly lighter. So even though i've had the success of losing 17kg I feel I need to do more, hence the reason for turning to MFP. For the last 2 weeks i've monitored everything that has past my lips. I feel I now understand more what I need to do but somehow I just feel like i'm missing something that will help me get to my goal. I'm hoping now I can get the most out of MFP

    Sounds like you're doing great. I have done the juicing and honestly it's the fastest I ever lost weight but i gained it back eventually. Now it's exercise and clean eating lifestyle. Let's do it!
