                    Okay, I'm sorry but I have a really hard time looking at other's food diary's and see that practically everyday they are not only not eating their exercise calories (that doesn't actually bother me too much), but they are not even eatting 1200 calories on a constant basis with or without exercise included.
I'm so worried about them and I've tried saying something to a few people but I think they get offended and I really don't want to offend anybody. I'm not perfect at my eatting as well so please don't think I'm trying to look better; in fact, I actually eat all my calories and then some at most times and I need to get on track too.
I'M JUST WORRIED that when they begin eatting normal again they are going to gain back the weight they have lost. Most seem so excited and happy losing weight so fast and I don't want to burst anybody's bubble by saying once again, "Eat more!" only to have them be offended.
I'm posting this because I'm hoping that some pretty special people I know will maybe see this and know that I care without trying to be the food nazi or something and hopefully see that maybe what they are doing right now is working to lose weight, but in the long run they will most likely gain back through starvation mode or just eating normal calories again. I know this can be really bad on someones health as well and I don't want anyone to die as a result.
It has also made me think at times that maybe I should eat less than 1200 calories so that I can too can lose weight faster (my metobolism hasn't been the same since I quit smoking a little over a month ago) so in other words I'm getting to a point that I can't even look at other people's food diary's...

            Fair to be concerned but keep in mind that not everyone's body works the same and if you don't have a HRM the calories burned might be a bit higher than an actual burn. I know for myself, I like to leave myself a little bit of room because my HRM is broken. Most of all, don't worry yourself sick. Wonderful that you care so much for others but don't forget about you! :flowerforyou:0

 Thank you for that. I am quite a mess right now, lol!
 It's not the exercise calories, it's when I see someone eat under 1200 cals on a constant basis and it also has been making me want to as well cuz they are losing weight so fast...ALTHOUGH, I know we all shouldn't and we all should eat healthy.0
